Modalities for Donors in the UK
For Donors from UK the way to contribute to IIMA is through a foreign currency account. They can
remit the funds directly to IIMA through an FCRA transfer.
- 1) Direct transfer to IIMA
For donors contributing from all other countries (except USA and UK) through a foreign currency
account: Donation may be sent to IIMA’s FCRA account at SBI (account information/details pasted
below). There is no tax benefit available on these receipts with funds from abroad.
Note: Please do not remit funds from NRO / NRE a/c’s.

The foreign inward remittance should invariably contain following details: 1. FCRA Account number 2. Swift Code 3. Name of the Beneficiary i.e. PGP 1999 Batch Drive (in your case) 4. Name of Donor/ remitter 5. Account number of the donor/ remitter 6. Donor/ remitter's address 7. Donor/ remitter's Country of Residence |
Please inform endowment@iima.ac.in and dean-aer@iima.ac.in mentioning the purpose of the donation, fullname and mailing address and if possible, a screenshot of the transfer.
